I still love dragging a tube and grub although I was told that Ned fishing would make me put both of them down for good.

Anyone who plies the waters of Norfork and Bull Shoals should NEVER consider laying aside his tube or grub.

Especially the grub. Maybe the most versatile bait there is out there. Swim it, drag it, hop it, dangle it,  t-rigged, darter head, a-rigged, dropped vertical, etc. Funny how tried and true baits get lost in the shuffle when hot or new baits come out. Baits are almost like clothes in that styles change and basically have a 30 year cycle of coming in and out of fashion. Can't wait to see Champ wearing bell bottoms, a tie-dyed Ranger jersey and rose colored Costa's throwing a beetle spin.

Almost as many uses as Bubba has for shrimp...

Don't forget the Jerusalem cruisers. Oh wait, I wear them everywhere I go now. Can you tell?
