Though it didn't get anywhere near the press coverage here on OAF as the Ned did, this craw, that was actually designed and manufactured by our own Mitch, hands down works better than any craw on the market today! He has made an exact replication of crawdad. I highly recommend you trying it! MOsmallies Posted November 2, 2015 Posted November 2, 2015 Nice Fish Andy! The Mitch Craw strikes again!
Old plug Posted November 2, 2015 Posted November 2, 2015 Where were you fishing down there. About 40 yrs ago I fished little grassy and Devils kitchen several time. Biggest stringer on bass I ever seen came out of crab orchard. This was in the days of 10 fish limit. They ranged from almost 4 to near 8. They were caught on a single spin. That area down there is what I call the Illinois Ozarks and the fishing was and must still be as good as any areas in this region.
Smalliebigs Posted November 2, 2015 Posted November 2, 2015 Nice Andy!!!! Kudos....The Mitch craw is a great bait....if you know how to fish a jig his craw can be quite deadly
