Nick Williams Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Got mine today as well! Love that nymph Mike H.! - Nick
ness Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Only one thing in my mail box so far this week that made me smile Nice bunch of flies, guys. I had to put on my readers for most of them -- well, except for the a$$ kicker. That big momma's gonna get tossed in the water really soon! Only gripe with this swap is the lame-a$$ pheasant tail nymph. Who doesn't already have a bunch of those? Plus, it looks like it was tied by a kindergartner. Well, I guess you get what you pay for in a fly swap BilletHead 1 John
Kayser Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Got mine back today, couldn't be happier with them. That hopper looks great, but the butt-kicker is just plain mean. They're all going in the water, sooner rather than later, I hope. WARNING!! Comments to be interpreted at own risk. Time spent fishing is never wasted.
Buzz Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 I also got mine today. Very impressive. You are all great fly tyers. You guys that tied these little flies are far better than I am. I think I'm going to try the A$$ Kicker for some bass and smallmouth this spring. I'm also glad to get my hands on the famous Hair and Copper. Thanks DaddyO 1 If fishing was easy it would be called catching.
mic Posted April 15, 2016 Author Posted April 15, 2016 I'm going to try the a-kicker for smallmouth this weekend hopefully. Buzz 1
DaddyO Posted April 16, 2016 Posted April 16, 2016 I got mine today, also. I can't wait to try these flies. Good job guys and a big Thank You to mic for being the Swap Meister, again! DaddyO We all make decisions; but, in the end, our decisions make us.
