I was fortunate enough to work out a good deal on a little place on the lake, in the area that I fish most, Cape Fair. I am so excited I just had to post it!! We close on the deal 12/29. I love the lake. I am from Nebraska (not much fishing close by where I lived) and owned a little archery shop and when I moved here 10 years ago I sold all my archery rights and equipment and picked up fishing gear.  I have loved every minute of it.  I am starting to ramble - sorry, just excited.

You have every right to be excited.  Hell, I would be too.  If I could get my wife to leave the Kansas City area I would have a place at the lake also.
