Bandit 300 is very similar too. My thought is the 3xd runs a little deeper to start, due to the lip design. A little weight might take the edge off the buoyancy. Running it on something like a 10# braid with 6# diameter might get it there.

Seems like OSP, Evergreen, or similar has a bait that would get there.

I'll second the Hot Lips--the one with the slight bend in the bill.  It is the best small-bodied crankbait I know of... although I'm not sure it will hit 15 feet, but it will be close.
