Smalliebigs Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 The fishing was extremely tough for us, water temps were 40 and the river looked beautiful. All I have is a video of about a mile stretch of the way back to the ramp. On a side note Hog Wally is living the dream my friends ......beautiful custom home on acreage looking down at the river, with a ramp and the most BadA river sled you will ever fish out of IMO. His rig had 800lbs of dudes and another 100lbs of tackle and it just flat out moves up and down the river so nice. He is my hero and is living my dream, I just need to get where he's at and my soul would be at ease. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xia_sQj_iYE Mitch f, Seth, Hog Wally and 1 other 4
Hog Wally Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 Thanks Scott. Humbled by the river but it was a beautiful ride. I can't say enough about the river pro. It is everything a serious river fisherman could want. Mitch f and Smalliebigs 2
moguy1973 Posted February 1, 2016 Posted February 1, 2016 Does it seem like the river got scoured out any with the flood? Any big changes other than the massive amount of large trees in the middle of the river? -- JimIf people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles. -- Doug Larson
Hog Wally Posted February 1, 2016 Posted February 1, 2016 There is a lot of new water. In some places it has completely changed sides Many gravel flats now. A lot of really cool holes have formed though
