katy trail

i just saw on the news they are trying to pass a bill to allow atv's and golf carts on the katy trail with a 15 mph speed limit the trail would be ruined? id still wanna ride it though if it was opened?

I've never been on the trail but I sure hope ness is right.  It's been a pedestrian/bicycle/foot trail since its inception and there is really no reason to change it.  Adding motorized vehicles opens up a whole new can of worms.

When you are 8-10 miles from the nearest town and break a crank arm you'll wish for a passing ATV or golf cart.   Been there/done that.

LOL. I can also hear you cussing that same ATV or golf cart for passing you while you are riding with no issues.

Looking to buy a 4-wheeler this year. Anyone have one for sale that hasn't been badly mistreated ?

I don't worry too much about breakdowns. I always carry a little something with me to kill the time until help arrives.
