cheesemaster Posted February 24, 2016 Posted February 24, 2016 Has anyone ever tried these? I was thing about trying one out on a Wiggle Wart. It adds a little flash and changes the look from every other Wiggle Wart. I still want the Wart to float but adding this might keep it from rising. Thougjts? Champ188 1
Members JacobW Posted February 25, 2016 Members Posted February 25, 2016 Probably work great on the red fin. C Beach 1
dtrs5kprs Posted February 25, 2016 Posted February 25, 2016 Think it would be a train wreck on a wart. Redfin idea is interesting.
Ham Posted February 25, 2016 Posted February 25, 2016 What about on jigging spoon? mixermarkb, Champ188 and Chunk Rock 3 Every Saint has a past, every Sinner has a future. On Instagram @hamneedstofish
Champ188 Posted February 25, 2016 Posted February 25, 2016 Extra weight and drag of the blade would probably kill the action of the Redfin, or at least affect it enough to negate any advantage it might add. Chunk Rock and big c 2
Champ188 Posted February 25, 2016 Posted February 25, 2016 I can see it making a fine buzz bait trailer hook. cheesemaster 1
cheesemaster Posted February 25, 2016 Author Posted February 25, 2016 What about a trailer hook on a spinnerbait? I sometimes cut the downward hanging hook off so 2 hooks are up on a spinnerbait . Champ188 1
Champ188 Posted February 25, 2016 Posted February 25, 2016 Probably work for that, too, as long as it doesn't cause the bait to roll or run off keel. cheesemaster 1
Longball22 Posted February 25, 2016 Posted February 25, 2016 I'm with Ham on the jigging spoon, or replacing the treble on something like this and making your own underspin?
