Cold front!!!

Dang, I didn't expect the river to be fishable yet after yesterday.

I never worry much about cold fronts river fishing. They don't seem to affect the fish nearly as much as they do on lakes. And with murky water even the bright sunshine doesn't hurt much.

It really wasn't fish able in my opinion but my best friend and longtime river fishing buddy said lets go    So I went for a morning run.  Very tough weird bite.

Heres my prediction, based off of past experience   When this river drops about another foot and gains some clarity, it's at 50 degrees today by the way, so anyway, this week I will annihilate some giant bass.  I thought it was over but the rise and temperature drop has delayed my previous prediction.  If you can fish this week I would suggest go.  I can't speak for all rivers but the meramec in Franklin county is gonna produce some pigs this week. I promised a trip to you and this is your week brother. Put some 14 lb test on your pole.

It's crazy isn't it? Lol I'd be happy catching the amount of 19-20 inch smallies in my life time that this dude catches in a day! King of the river is no joke man....more like the smallmouth whisperer haha.
