I was so hopeful the Pens could win tonight. A 3-1 series lead is ALMOST a lock. 

Back to Pittsburgh. MAF will likely start in goal. Hopefully, they will study the tape and try to start like Game Four ended.

That sucked!

TB sure looked like they wanted this game more than the Pens. It started in the second period when they were pressing and stealing passes in the Pittsburgh zone and that intensity kept up through the OT.

Have to hope that the Pens can take the next game in TB and make this a 7 game series. Fleury looked rusty and the question is start him or Murray in game 6.

Malkin said that they would be heading back to Pittsburgh and the team got it done! The two breakaway goals were things of beauty. Reminded me of Lemieux and Jagr. Got to win game 7 to get to the finals. Go Pens!

Marcus - The way this series has gone neither team can be comfortable with a two or even three goal lead. Which as a Pens fan has been both exhilarating and devastating. 

A lot like your Miss.river bass experience in Alton.

That was a crazy game. It could have been 5-0 or 6-0 going into the third, but their goalie was playing great. It also could have been 3-3. Murray didn't face as many actual shots on net, but they had their chances. They are both good teams that have both won on the road. I'm hoping like heck that it is the Pens winning at home, but honestly...

I was glad to see the one bad Malkin penalty didn't hurt them. He's got a really bad habit of taking unnecessary penalities because he's mad about something. Selfish. I really expect them to trade him. He is so strong with the puck though

I think the Pens played the Third just like they wanted to except I don't think they were planning on Kessel putting one past Murray. I aint hatin, it happens. It was very tight, but in the end Bolts over committed and got burned. The empty netter was icing, but I loved it.

Great game and the Pens win! Four more wins for the CUP!  When they were around .500 midseason who thought they could make it to the finals. Lots of credit for Sullivan to bring the heart and speed back to this team. Thought that Rust could get a hat trick. Great game by the young player. Wife will have to put up with the beard. 

I am not happy seeing Crosby holding the Prince of Wales trophy.

Hockey Players are more superstitious than fisherman. I could give a crap about Crosby holding the POW Cup. THey won it, they should all skate around the rink with it if they wanted to do so. It isn't Lord Stanley's Cup, but it is a big deal.

Loved the Pens effort. I wish they could have buried a couple more of their chances so that I would not have been stressed out the entire  Third period. They had dominated, but left TB close so that a flukey play could have robbed them of their spot in the Finals.

Let's all catch our breath and get ready for the Finals.
