Krazo Posted October 10, 2016 Posted October 10, 2016 When does MDC typically start stocking this for the winter season? I'd think it should be pretty soon. trythisonemv 1

They were spread out pretty far so dont think theyve been stocked. Did see a monster brown about 8lbs if i were guessing and seversl others that were big as well up by park. ollie Posted October 14, 2016 Posted October 14, 2016 Funny you would say that. I have had my best days on Capps in horrid conditions! You are right on with that statement Glad you got into some of them. Also glad I know I have a chance at that big one! trythisonemv 1 "you can always beat the keeper, but you can never beat the post" There are only three things in life that are certain : death, taxes, and the wind blowing at Capps Creek!
trythisonemv Posted October 14, 2016 Author Posted October 14, 2016 Yeah ollie ther were a couple big ones. You could tell they had been fished too a lot though. As soon as my fly hit the water ywenty feet upstream they were gone. Then theyd be back in like ten minutes. Frustrating. ollie 1
jtram Posted October 14, 2016 Posted October 14, 2016 The one u speak of is a rainbow, I've been fishing to him for 3 weeks. I caught him twice last winter/spring, he is smarter now than then? trythisonemv 1
