Put in at daybreak to fog and 64.8 water temp. Hit mainlake points and swings with 3/4oz brown/purple/red fb jig and caught 2 nice brownies and 4 short spots.

Went up to Viola and worked back with 1/2oz blue herring blade slow rolling in off colorered water on bluffs. Had 5 short blacks.

Went to Big M and stayed near channel with 3/4oz fb jig and 6xd back to ramp. Caught 3 spots and 4 blacks all shorts. Loaded up at 3. Fish where in 15-25 fow.

Seen 3 bald eagles and a group of canvasback ducks. Kinda spiritual on the water in all Gods beauty!

Hammer, thanks for the information. I have to agree about God's beauty. There have been some mornings lately that just take your breath away because of the beauty.

I covered a lot of water to catch what I did. I did catch them in sperts, several back to back casts and almost all cb fish had buddies following them in.

When the fog burned off and lake was slick it got tuff. Always fun trying to figure the elusive "bass" out.
