Some duck hunter must have left their decoy at the ramp. 

Fishing was a bit slow, started off with the Ned rig and wasn't getting much action, so I went with the Rock Crawler and threw it and a Deep Little N for most of the time.  Found a few biters on the cranks, 10 total with 3 being keepers.  Mostly on rocky banks with wind.  Water temp was 61-52.

Thanks for the report....and nightmares. That is the creepiest little decoy, duck, garden gnome I've ever seen.

Did I miss read this or did you find water that was 52 degree?  James river and main lake Baxter area is still running 65.  52 changes the game as far as positing the fishes.

yep, the lake is still behind a month.  got to think water temp instead of where we are at calendar wise.

We fished saturday am around 8....cold like 25 degrees..my son found that duck think in the water and put it up by the ramp..very funny to check in this am and see that again...see you guys on the water thurs thru sunday..son and I will be out all fours days..hopefully i can no clear my mind AGAIN from that duck..
