Bill Babler Posted January 8, 2017 Posted January 8, 2017 That would be my guess too. http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com
top_dollar Posted January 8, 2017 Posted January 8, 2017 The stiffness of the fc keeps the baits from tangling as much.

You're all correct, low stretch, helps the baits to sink and it is stiffer so the they tangle less. cheesemaster, Royal Blue and Champ188 3 Eric Prey Focused Fishing Guide Service http://focusedfishing.com Pro Staff For: Jewel Bait Company, Bass Pro Shops, Chompers, Branson.com, Branson Fishing TV, Tightlines UV, K.A.S.T.,
jolicious Posted January 10, 2017 Posted January 10, 2017 Thank you Mr. Eric - great article! If I may add: In spring, I like to throw the double fluke rig as far as I can and immediately reel 5-10' of line back to me as fast as I can once the rig hits the water. It looks awfully erratic on top, with both baits jumping around and over each other. Then I just kill it..... wait for a 2 or 3 count..... twitch... twitch... (if the top water bite is decent, this is usually when your arm get broken ). If no bites, I'll reel back in and start over. My best success with this is 10' or less once water is in upper 50's / lower 60's and C-L-E-A-R.... Champ188 and Johnsfolly 2
