IL Fisherman Posted January 18, 2017 Posted January 18, 2017 Howdie Folks The Mrs and I are looking to buy property in the Kimberling City area. Mrs. does not drive due to a physical limitation. I am in need of information on public launches in the area. Will have to do it by myself unless we have friends or family down. Please give me some guidance. Thanks Toby magicwormman 1
dtrs5kprs Posted January 18, 2017 Posted January 18, 2017 Aunts Creek and Mill Creek are both COE public areas. Aunts is off OO Hwy just as you come into Kimberling on 13. Mill is through Kimberling, and across the bridge, then down RB off 13. There is also Port of Kimberling, which is a leased area. That is right at the mouth of Schooner Creek in Kimberling. They charge a fee, not sure what it's up to.
176champion Posted January 19, 2017 Posted January 19, 2017 Joe Bald also has a boat ramp in Kimberling City... I know everything about nothing and know nothing about everything! Bruce Philips

IL Fisherman Posted January 19, 2017 Author Posted January 19, 2017 Thanks for the info. Went to Mill Creek (steep) and Joe Bald late this afternoon. Hopefully will check the others tomorrow. Appreciate the assistance.

Might have gone up after the new year If you are over 62 you can buy a lifetime pass for $10 and it is good at any COE ramp. Mike Champ188, 176champion, magicwormman and 2 others 5
