Border Pass?

Where can I get a Border Pass to fish Bull Shoals? K Mart or Wal. Mart? I was told they are $10.00 bucks.I am 65 so can i get a life time pass or a free one that I am 65?

Arkansas isn't about to give you anything for free, no matter how old you are but if you go to Walmart with $10, in Mo. or Ar., they will sell you a White River Border Lakes Permit that allows you to fish both sides of the border on White River  Border Lakes only

Or you can go on the MO Department of Conservation website and do it on line and print out as many copies you want. I keep one in my wallet, one in my boat and one in my traveling tackle box in case I fish out of someone else's boat.

Only if you live in mo or ark.  If you dont you buy on for each state
