dtrs5kprs Posted April 1, 2017 Posted April 1, 2017 Never heard of a "menace" what company makes them? How long have they been around? Strike King. The thick little grub Mark Davis threw on a swing head in the Elite a few years ago. mixermarkb and Quillback 2

Hammer time Posted April 2, 2017 Posted April 2, 2017 I remember that, that's when wobble head really took off! Ive done my best with a baby brushhog on a wobble head for what it's worth. dtrs5kprs, 96 CHAMP and mixermarkb 3

Hammer time Posted April 2, 2017 Posted April 2, 2017 I like more wiggle on it too. Boring way to fish though. Agreed, only really tried it when I was wacking them on a c/rig to see if it worked. Has never been a search bait or go to bait. Would rather use a jig or c/rig in same application. dtrs5kprs 1
dtrs5kprs Posted April 2, 2017 Posted April 2, 2017 Yep. They eat it, but it is an idiot bait for certain. Chuck and wind like a trap.

96 CHAMP Posted April 2, 2017 Posted April 2, 2017 I have been using the Missle baby d-bomb on a wobble head the last few years and have flat tore them up on it. That is what I was using 2 weekends ago also, now that the water has come up and is stained a bit we will see what will happen tomorrow. Been wanting to try something different but have had such good results I can't seem to put it down. Interesting how many results we each come up with using differences techniques and baits. Go get em and good luck!! mixermarkb, Donna G, Quillback and 3 others 6
dtrs5kprs Posted April 2, 2017 Posted April 2, 2017 Totally the opposite of that sticky elaztec worm on a jighead... chuck and wait like a trap. Exactly. But at least you still have to swing on them with Nedley. Half the ones I catch on the swing head take care of everything themselves. mixermarkb 1
