Members kan dave Posted April 12, 2017 Author Members Posted April 12, 2017 I'm not very good at this. This was a brown trout caught 4/11/2017 while we were walleye fishing. It weighed 8 1/4# and was released healthy after these pictures. We did manage to catch a few walleye and several white bass. Great times on a beautiful river. laker67 1
Johnsfolly Posted April 12, 2017 Posted April 12, 2017 Congrats! That is a great brown trout! and to think it was a by-catch. That's awesome.
ollie Posted April 17, 2017 Posted April 17, 2017 Most people overlook Beaver tail water for big trout, but now I am seeing more and more bigger fish caught out of there. Years ago that wasn't even thinkable.
