My recommendation is learn the "Improved/Reverse Albright" knot.  I have been using it for about 2 years, and the vast majority of break offs are at the bait.

Over the years I have progressed from the Double Uni, to the Albright and now to the FG knot...I don't see myself ever going back the FG is an amazing know once you learn it!
