Had a guy in my boat use one of these the other day. He had big Smallmouth blow up and take it under but missed it. It's very weedless obvoiusly

I guess the word is out already, can't find any of them anywhere except ebay where they are wanting anywhere between $30-80.

I haven't seen anything on the videos that would make me spend that kind of money on a lure. I think a buzzbait with a horney toad is just as good.

I wouldn't spend that much either, but when they get back in stock the normal price is $14, about the same as a small whopper plopper.

I believe that is the bait that Christie was using at either Rayburn or Toledo Bend and did so well with.

My buddy just cut up a bootail minnow and  made one himself with pieces from 3 different lures

Yeah, people have been doing that with a hollow bodied frog, a couple split rings, a swivel, a screwloc, and a cut Keitech swimbait.
