Finally caught a few

Wife and I walleye fished for about 6 hrs.  Had 11 keeper walleye and 1 short.

What's your favorite fishing method or do you like to mix it up?

Mine is a bottom bouncer and slow death worm. Sometimes I'll change to a bottom bouncer with crankbait.

Well I bottom bounce with spinners a lot but I also jig and crawler and jigging rap some and this winter caught a few on a 1 ounce spoon.  I am gonna fish hard this winter and try to figure out that bite a little better

Dan H. turned me on to strolling with a jig so I will also start trying that. I've even had some success with drop-shotting using minnows.

I tend to catch more large fish jig and crawler fishing. But bigger numbers bb

I get the feeling that the big ones are lazy and would rather set up for a sneak attack than give chase.
