rps Posted June 28, 2017 Posted June 28, 2017 Went out at 6:00 this morning. Water temp at HI 81 degrees. Caught one 5 inch fish on top water. Changed over to slow dragging a finesse worm on a jika rig. A shaky head would work just as well. Caught six not keepers and had one fish with heft on for a bit. The jig worm came back wadded around the hook point. Also caught this guy. Ran up river of Beaver to 78 degree water and started walleye fishing. I caught 8 walleye between 16 and 17.5 inches plus the 20 inch fish pictured below. I found them on a flat in 10 feet of water. They wanted a worm harness. Steve Wilson, the location was one I told you about. I leave tomorrow for an 11 day trip to visit both daughters and the wife's mother. Don't catch them all while I am gone. nomolites, merc1997 Bo, crazy4fishin and 6 others 9

abkeenan Posted June 28, 2017 Posted June 28, 2017 9 Walters in one day on Table Rock???? That's a fine outing RPS. The Walleye Whisperer of the White, you are sir. Thanks for the report, pics and safe travels. terryj1024 1
Quillback Posted June 28, 2017 Posted June 28, 2017 Well I caught one of those 'eyes myself today, on a DD22. With me it's just dumb luck to get one. Bass fishing was slow, caught 5 on Trick Worms and that was it. One of the slowest days I have had in a long time. abkeenan, rps, magicwormman and 1 other 4
m&m Posted June 28, 2017 Posted June 28, 2017 rps, safe travels and thanks for the information and pictures. Mike
m&m Posted June 28, 2017 Posted June 28, 2017 Quill, first you're fishing different parts of TRL and now you're posting pictures of walleye. Who are you? The bass around Big M are surely happy about it. Mike magicwormman 1
