Like the title says, I'm headed to Texas next week to start a sweet job with Snap On diagnostics. Plan on coming back this fall for the Everett championship..we had a solid year in the Everett and finished 5th in points.

I will be living about an hour from Sam Rayburn and Toledo Bend so fishing will be exceptional!!  99% of you guys from this forum are welcome in my boat if you get down that way!  (Teaser: a buddy of mine had a 4lb, 6lb and 7lb bass on a frog 2 days ago on Toledo Bend!!)

Ill post next week if I get one more trip out in the ol' Beav!!

Congrats on the new job and the excellent location. Don't forget there are some smaller lakes in that area, too, that are well worth checking out. Enjoy and keep us posted on your fishing exploits.

No sir..you are not part of that 1%. This is a great group of guys and I have only had an issue with one disrespectful person. That was the 1% I was referring to.

Thank you..I'm looking forward to checking the area out!!  My territory extends from Katy, TX to the Texas/Louisiana line and south to Galveston. Ready to do some salt fishing also!!

Sorry to see you go but on the bright side the will be a lot less big bass with sore lips in Beaver. I might even fish a night tournament again knowing I wouldn't have compete against you. Good luck on the new job and hope it doesn't take too much of your fishing time away.

It's pretty refreshing to hear about someone excited for their new job. That's a great attitude to start with. That attitude will get you far.  I see far too many disgruntled employees out there.
