Did they get this corrected?

i bought a new terrova 36v last week. I don’t intend to use the foot pedal at all. What scenarios would require use of the foot pedal that the remote control can’t handle? I’m asking because I’ve never used it & it’s sitting in my garag waiting to be installed

Since they replaced the sensor on mine it's worked flawlessly.  I guess I'm just used to the pedal so I use it a lot.

Depends how you fish, if you can cast and reel with one hand and operate around docks and trees with the other you should be golden.... I need both hands to cast and reel so I use the remote and foot pedal on my Terrova, wish I had ULTREX but next time.

I use the foot pedal around docks or when I am using a lure retriever and need both hands but usually I just switch back and forth depending on where I am in the boat - when trolling I run things from the cockpit.
