JohnF52 Posted July 25, 2017 Posted July 25, 2017 I will NEVER AGAIN own property with a POA of any sort.
Champ188 Posted July 25, 2017 Posted July 25, 2017 NOBODY enforces the darn POA rules anymore, believe me.

Champ188 Posted July 26, 2017 Posted July 26, 2017 It is commonplace to see trailers and boats without permits.
Sore Thumbs Posted July 26, 2017 Posted July 26, 2017 I got ya covered on places to eat! If there is one thing I'm good at is eating. Let me know what kind of food you fancy and I'll point you in the right direction. There are some local Mexican places that will have you never go to Chuy's again. Welcome to Arkansas bud. Im a country boy so the open areas of PR caught my eye. While driving around we came across a few lakes in tge BV area. Are these fishable? Open to boats? Bass population? Also any areas for those of you that live in that area, that we should stay away from? I live in NWA & own a "membership lot" at BV. It costs me around $300 annually to pay dues & get tags. So, you dont have to live there to get access. I really like the Elm Springs area. You might want to find a real estate heat map to find the better deals. Some of the properties are groslly over priced in the Fayetteville area due to the college. Lots of factors to consider.
Members Buck Posted August 8, 2017 Members Posted August 8, 2017 Ketchup, if you need help with anything real estate related, shoot me a PM, I'm with the largest real estate firm in NWA. Welcome to the area! I've found the fishing to be hot some days, and really, really cold others. I love the abundance of small streams and rivers to fish around here though. Ketchup 1
