MOPanfisher Posted August 1, 2017 Posted August 1, 2017 Personally I have no issue with the way Missouri regulates it. No problem with the take of rough or non game fish by methods like bow or spear fishing. While there may come a time when we are stuck with having to fish for carp as the only species that will survive, we aren't there yet. If they are stocked and managed in smaller urban lakes it's pretty easy for MDC to establish specific restrictions on those smaller waters.
