Looks to be a bad one for sure.

Might be a good time to fill up as gas prices are predicted to jump.

SSSHHHH!  The eclipse made it jump over 30 cents a couple of weeks ago in St. Louis in one day.  A good ole Hurricane may make it go back to $4 a gallon.

I am sure the oil and gas supplies are secure.  May have to shut down for a day or so, but will still be there when the storm leaves.

One of my best friends lives right in the area hit the hardest...thankfully she was on what turned out to be a very well time trip out of town when this hit. Obviously it's not as bad as the people stuck there, but you do still kind of hope you have a place to come back to when it's over.

I haven't seen the news for a few days but earlier they were talking up to 26 inches if rain in some places, and the storm itself hanging out and possible sliding back into the gulf and re building for another shot at them.  Even without the wind that kind of rain is bad news.

The latest weather guesser just showed models that show it going back into the Gulf to reload - then head back north thru Arkansas. We may get a shot of it yet.

I've seen pictures of golf courses down there that have more water on them than grass.
