Glenn, I haven't forgotten about a trip to Bennett we talked about earlier but I've been a bit inactive lately due to lower back problems.  Maybe we can catch a warm day in the upcoming C&R season.  We are headed to Florida in mid November but maybe we can catch a day in Dec or Jan.

Actually it is sliced breast and not ground. So tender you thought it was ground :) . Goose naysayers you all have no idea! Thanks Uncletube,

We haven't had his faijitas but have been fortunate to have the master chef's version of szechuan duck using goose at Billetheadville ☺. We have made goose fanitas using goose provided by BH. Both meals were delicious!

I always ran into people that turned up their nose at eating wild game, some of the bet food I ever had was wild harvested, elk back strap steaks wrapped in bacon, better than any Ruth's Chris Steak House, fresh mallard cooked in a slow cooker slathered in Orange Marmalade, mushrooms and squirrel....but you get the idea
