My buddy Steve and I are working on our winter crappie fishing technique. Steve had the hot stick catching probably 20. Together we ended up with 10 keepers my contribution was 3 keepers.

They were in about 28 ft of water.

We also caught 4 or 5 baby walleye.

I am blessed to have such a great friend!

nice job Dan. Winter crappie fishing is my favorite. Brushpile fishing though is not my forte.  I'm a stroller, no live bait, just scented jigs.  Would love to entertain you with it in exchange for a binks lesson.  One of you  and lmt outs followers.   OGHFM      Quail season ends 10 Jan,  after that I'm ready.  417 439 7875

Lmt out is the walleye specialist. I love catching stuff spoons!

Thank you for the complement. I have learned a lot on this forum. There are a few of us that try to help each other. It's fun. The gift of experience is precious to me.

I am happy to help others as I usually fish by myself.

I fish by myself 90 % of time. So I get it.
