 Just had this reel given to me 

nice reel, super fast retrieve!

 Have never used one with this high of the gear ratio. 

 I really don’t do much flipping.

other than buzz baits, what other Baits and  presentations can I  throw with this reel?

 I was thinking A-rig, but I have a reel that I like for using that

I like a super slow reel for A-rigs.  Like a 5:1.1 or a 6:4.1 or something like that.

I'd use if for a c-rig reel, I like to move the c-rig with the rod and use the reel to take up the slack.

It is good for snapping a spoon; you can pick up slack much more quickly - that’s the primary application for mine.
