First time in many days, weeks - no generation on Taneycomo today.  Duane and Steve thought it'd be tough fishing since it's a big change for the trout but they both caught lots of rainbows on.... of course the pink worm.  Berkley's pink worm on a jig head 4-6 feet under an indicator.  they both fished it between Fall and Short Creeks.  Dickey's client caught one just under 19 inches and weighed more than 5 pounds... a pig.

No rain in the immediate forecast so looks like this pattern may hold for a bit.

Buddy and I fished the lake Tuesday, first day water was off. I caught 45 and he caught over 30. Believe it or not but I think I got a strike on every cast. We fished from 11:00 to 2:30. Probably would have caught 100 if we had fished all day. All the fish came on a Harvester midge.

Water back on today.

Rain or they releasing from Beaver?  Lots of up and down flows looks like for this weekend huh.  Can't wait!  Bringing some newbies with me, hope the fish cooperate!  Sounds like the bites picked up.

Springfield news channel must use the core site also, every night they show it at 701. They can show flood gates during the news but show the level at 701.
