Welcome to the area Gary.  We have a condo in KC area and love it.  We've been enjoying the area for 25+ years (1 1/2yrs at condo).  Hope all works well in your house hunt.

well.......Indian point didn't work out. looked everywhere, couldn't find anything to rent, lease, buy that was what i wanted and could afford.

came back to Wentzville and started looking again. the perfect apt became available, got it 4 hours after listing. 

i'll be staying near here and my kids and grands are happy. still going to come down as much as possible.

thanks for the help and offers. not ideal but it'll do.
