Put in at Roark and fished multiple brush piles again.   Bite was on and off.  We caught about 40+ crappie and brought home 17 11” or better.  Bite was very light using Bobby garlands in blue/silver with silver flakes.  White jig head worked best.  Was a beautiful day to be on the lake.  18-23 ft was the best depth for what we caught.  Hope others had some luck to,  please share what worked for you today!  May be awhile before have another nice day like today, here’s hoping we do!

Gave it a try tonight as well, not as good as Thursday but still pretty good, brought home enough for dinner.

A lot of boats on the water today, that's for sure.

@Rootman that's sounds like a great bunch of crappie! Congrats on figuring them out! Good luck when you get out again.

Tough fishing. Most caught on bluffs, 25 tom 29'  deep with minnows. Came home with 8 keepers between the wife and I but they were all 11 to 13". LOTS of boats.  Beautiful day.

I wanted to add a thank you to those in other posts that shared about how to get brush pile markers added to the lake map on my garmin.  It was $10 well spent to take it to Springfield and have it done.  Knowing the brush pile locations has been a game changer for me, have found several that continue to produce fish in just a few trips.   I would encourage any who can do this to give it a try.   Thanks again to those that suggested it in past posts.
