dan hufferd
I got to the water late, fished north of cedar ridge, I was tough up there, most fish were, 35 to 45 ft Brought home 1 walleye 29ft deep 6 crappie 36 ft deep 3 nice whites 45 ft deep I'm still learning, it was a nice day to be on the water. Oh 1 large mouth 36ft hanging with the crappie. This post has been promoted to an article terryj1024, YakAttack, liphunter and 6 others

Thanks, it was nice to get out. I don't see many walleye pictures lately from Stockton, did people quit fishing for them?? Crappie seem good, maybe that's it. The walleye was the most rewarding, he showed up on the sonar, I stopped the boat, backed up (I was thinking, "Man that looks like a walleye") threw to it, success ! I think they call it sharp shooting. It hit a 1/4oz mooneye jig with a natural color 4 inch paddle tail swim bait. If I was going to target walleye I would be drift fishing or vertical jigging this bait. I have caught some nice eyes on a paddle tail.
