snagged in outlet 3 Posted May 8, 2019 Posted May 8, 2019 I think it’s more rampant than we realize. Twice this spring i’ve Had guys pull up and ask if I want their fish. You’re either keeping them or not. I bet both had dead fish. Lame!

I called in some guys grabbing walleye a few years ago. These fools tried to tell me walleye were biting their grab hooks ......as they pulled them out of the water tail first. A kid was sitting on a log ripping the sides off them too. So I waited an hour nobody came. Either didn't want to mess with it or was busy somewhere else I guess. Most smartphones have a camera take pics and license plates be surprised what posting that vid on FB will do! 9 hours ago, snagged in outlet 3 said: I think it’s more rampant than we realize.
