What's up with this??

Anybody else notice the name change of rivers on Google maps?  For instance it has Spring Creek for the Gasconade and Brush Creek for the Bourbeuse River.

My GPS still has the Gasconade as the  Gasconade.

I noticed it on the Gasconade. Had me thoroughly confused.

Ok I have no idea. This would be very confusing for those not in the know.

Was looking for the Bourbeuse a month ago on google maps. Thought I was going crazy

I’ve seen that in many places on google maps.  It’s usually calling a small creek or tributary of the main river as the river.  But yeah, calling the river as a creek, that’s pretty bad.  They recent did an update so I’m sure someone screwed something up.  They also have the Big Piney names Boone Creek
