Thanks Guy named Xieng Chanthavong on Beaver has really been putting them in the boat...google him ..he’s on the water EVERY day, gotta admit I’m a little jealous of that! mojorig Posted February 26, 2020 Posted February 26, 2020 I'm not aware of any full time Striped Bass guides on Bull Shoals Lake. Del Colvin is a bass guide who is catching Striped Bass on Bull Shoals, right now. The Striped Bass fishery is too new on Bull Shoals Lake to support full time guides at this time. There are several guides on Norfork Lake. It just depends on what type of fishing style you are looking for (spooning vs live bait vs trolling). However, the Striped Bass fishing isn't great right now on Norfork Lake. It should pick up in late March/Early April. snagged in outlet 3 and mixermarkb 1 1 Jeremy Risley District Fisheries Supervisor AGFC Mountain Home Office - 1-877-425-7577 Email: Jeremy.Risley@agfc.ar.gov
smbasser Posted February 26, 2020 Author Posted February 26, 2020 That makes sense, i didn't really think of there not being a full time guide on Bull. I think we are leaning towards Norfork or Beaver. It's for a group of customers and one of them is retiring. Just trying to do something as a going away gift. We wouldn't be fishing till April or May and they don't care how they catch them as long as there is a little action.
