They are nice.. the one we had dropped about 3 kernals of corn per set. - a bit heavy with todays seeds. back then you needed at least three seeds because we were planting "Heirloom" - Last years seed. So germination was not enhanced with rooting hormone or whatever they coat todays seeds with. putting 3 in per set was fine. I hear ya on the Back!!!....But....I'm gonna just grit thru it.. back be darn.. need the exercise.
wily Posted April 7, 2020 Posted April 7, 2020 That thing is adjustable...can do 1 to 3 seeds at a time it says...I guess we’ll see. I’ll probably end up with 5 dollars an ear corn...might be the most expensive sweet corn ever...but it’ll give me something to do. Hobbies are always expensive N9BOW and BilletHead 2

This is noteworthy as all storms are.... but not enough for me to get too excited... The Sirens were going off while I was taking the pic.. ended before I came inside.. the Base of that cloud/shelf became less organized as the time ticked past. Its late in the evening and not a lot of energy to work with.. But I'm always vigilant... storms freak me out.. been though some nasty stuff in Indiana... Funnel dropped 100yrds to my East while spotting for the NWS
N9BOW Posted April 8, 2020 Author Posted April 8, 2020 Just to the north earlier on the first siren blows.
