If I only get out occasionally I go where I can catch some fish or what area I know that I have a good chance to catch some fish.  That's just me though.  I heard Shannon County isn't allowing anyone in.  I wonder if this spread?

I am not sure, I bet they are trying to keep canoeists away like Arkansas.
