She doesn't care at all. She always says"If you're happy I'm happy" I at least had to make sure my wife and I were on the same page about a new boat. As your wife says, "If you're happy..."; works both ways. Reminds me that I need to work on her car this weekend. Happy wife, happy life. snagged in outlet 3 1

DADAKOTA Posted April 27, 2020 Author Posted April 27, 2020 Looking for a good aluminum rig in the 18-19 foot range. Spend too much time fishing behind docks to have a glass boat. Wrench what do you think of the 115 HP outboards?

DADAKOTA Posted April 28, 2020 Author Posted April 28, 2020 The four I see most often are Evinrude, Mercury, Yamaha, and Suziki

Johnson/Evinrude has never had a bad one. The Yamaha ProV and Vmax 115's are still running strong. But the newer 4-strokes have lots of fuel system problems. I only have one customer with a 115 Suzuki 4-stroke on a pontoon. It seems ok for that purpose, but it accelerates so slowly that I wouldn't want it on a fishing boat.
