I was very surprised how snag free it was, when I did get hung up it came off very easy. And the baits that you can fish on the Tokyo rig is endless!  The bite that day was very lite , just a little heavy feeling. I can see this rig really  shines  in the summer when they get a bit deeper.

Thanks! What was the total weight of both sinkers you were using and how deep were you fishing? If you’d rather not give out that info I understand. 😂

I don’t mind giving out this info, that is what this site is about , to help others when we can! I was fishing just one bullet weight nose down and I was fishing a  3/16 lead weight. Most of the time I will fish two tungsten weights. But I fish lead too at times. I was fishing 5 to 15 feet.  With one lead weight , when you get hung up the weight can slide up the wire and work free! Pretty cool rig for sure!
