Can anyone recommend a good place to service my Ranger trailer in the NWA area? I have very excessive wear on the inside of one tire and think maybe there’s a bent axle. I hesitate taking it to a boat shop due to turn time and cost but maybe that’s best. Thanks in advance!

JWM Trailer  Sales in Reeds Spring is where I have gone for several years.  They are very knowledgeable and do good work.

Thanks, was hoping to find something a bit closer to the Rogers AR area

you might call Wolfe Boatworks and see if they will work on trailers.  they do good work on boats and have a good reputation.  also bella vista marine in Rogers has done work for me and is very good, surely one of those 2 spots will do trailer work

I've been seeing alot of that on the newer trailers.  Seems like as soon as they went to the newer fluid trailer bearing crap, something about the axle is off.   I'm not sure what the fix is.  I'm not too sure that it isn't either the trailer frame or the suspension.   Always one specific tire wearing uneven.   If the axle was bent it would be both tires on that axle.

I'd go to a trailer sales and service shop.  There has to be a metric ton of them close.  Google is your friend in a situation like this.

Mine is a z185 so only one axle. Which is likely why it has an issue. That’s a lot of weight for one axle.

Regardless of the weight the wheels shouldn't toe outward.   Especially not only one of them.

Who makes their trailers ?   I'd call them.

Last thing they did at GM before going out of the plant was “roll and toe”.  Check the toe and brakes before it goes out the door.
