Newer to bass fishing,  primarily fly fished trout most of my life.  Might splurge and spring for a day or two with a guide this spring on Lake Ozarks.  Any honest recommendations appreciated.  My experience with trout guides has been very positive and I really like the guys who focus on teaching.  Obviously I've looked online and for the most part it's like throwing darts at a dartboard.  Not looking for fly specific.

Thanks

Jack Uxa and Big Ed Franko are the best.

Go with Wrench

That crusty old salt?😅  Just funnin', never met the guy.  Sounds like he knows his stuff though.

You should! 😊

If you've been fly-fishing all your life, but have never Bass-Bugged the backends of these creeks and coves during the Spring, you're definitely missing out.

I won't make you wear a PFD, but I do require all of my "clients" to wear a tutu.  😅
