I'm guessing there will be some damage to docks when water gets as low as it is? Not that the ice isn't already doing that to a lot? -- JimIf people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles. -- Doug Larson
kjackson Posted February 19, 2021 Posted February 19, 2021 Just got back from looking at our place, and the lake is lower than I've seen it, but then we've only owned the place for four years, so that isn't saying much. I was surprised to see Truman iced over, though. The only open water I did see was running from the Truman dam. Lotsa birds taking advantage of the shad buffet.
fishinwrench Posted February 19, 2021 Posted February 19, 2021 I've seen 652.4 It's a great time to go build rock piles.

He has an aerator or whatever they call it to the water open but I think he's having trouble due to low water.

His dock is ok though😂

He must have run over a spring area, cuz the ice out over most of the flat is 8-10".

He pulled it out from his neighbors yard. fishinwrench 1
