Does anyone else visit the forum mainly from their phone using an internet browser (like chrome or safari)?

If so, how do you best "organize" it to access only the new posts and items you're most interested in?

I went through and "followed" the sub forums I am most interested in, for example Smallmouth Talk, Trout Talk, Wild Trout Streams, etc. But then there's no way to see a view of just "sub forums I follow".

I don't want to come to the site and then have to click on "forums" and then scroll all the way down and all that. It seems messy and hard to find what it is I focus on as a fisherman.

Any ideas?

Also, does this forum link with Tapatalk? That would make it much easier on mobile if it did.

Thanks for any ideas

O just click on "Unread Content" when I get here.  I use Chrome and Duck Duck Go.  It's under the "Activity? tab.  Click on Unread and then add it to your favorites so you go straight to it when you click on it.  Then you can just look at what you've missed since last time.

@Orey10m Similar to @snagged in outlet 3 said above I go to the Activity tab and then typically go to All Activity or My Activity Streams instead of Unread content. If you follow members, you can access their content through the My Activity tab.

I just bookmarked "unread content"  (top right of this page) on the PC and the latest postings (in all categories) are all I see when I open the site unless I want to look for other stuff. I'm guessing there is a bookmark on the phone browser.

About the tapatalk, I know nothing, except that on other  forums it has caused enough problems that they have discontinued it. IIRC the reasons were lack of updates in tapatalk's software causing clashes with forum platforms and/or the included advertisements with tapatalk raised objections with forum owners.

I uninstalled Tapatalk along time ago. It didn’t work very well.

Look at the top bar. See the square that kinda looks like a newspaper?  That’s the “ new content” button.

Yeah exactly, I see the "activity" and "All unread"options, but I don't want to see activity for all categories. It would be better if I could filter it down to just show me the activity for the topics and areas I am interested in.

Right now the "unread posts" for me  contains things about lakes that I don't fish or are in another state, boat tips and tricks and I don't have a boat, etc. Thanks for the suggestions and keep 'em coming if anyone has a better solution. It seems like there is a "stream options" button but it doesn't give you many options...would be sweet if you could filter from there and hit "save as a default view" or something

I find it pretty easy to skim over topics that I'm not interested in, and if I were  set up to only watch what interests me most, I might not see a post for months, and then ... I'd quit looking. As I see all the posts made in the last day quite often something catches my interest that I would not have sought out. Probably 3-6 new subjects in any given week so not hard to keep up with some and ignore the  others.

I guess if I only wanted to see posts on one river, that I would bookmark that sub forum and just check it monthly,  or book mark each of three or six sub forums.

Hope you get it worked out so it works for you.
