They have to offset the AC units because the houses are so close together.  The lakes there used to be loaded with big bass.  Then they got cleaned out by people from outside the neighborhood.  I know several people who live in there.  They love it.  I do not.

My sister lives in a place like that near KC. They think it's the greatest thing ever. I think it's weird that you can sit in their living room and see the neighbors sitting in theirs. You could easily have a conversation with them. I just don't understand spending that kind of money to live that close to anyone. Just get an apartment.
