Members Bdavis32 Posted April 12, 2021 Members Posted April 12, 2021 Was looking in to a float on the Big Piney and found Boiling Springs Resort online. Called the number on the website but it seems to be disconnected. Their Facebook page also seems to be gone. Is this place open anymore? Are there any other outfitters in the area I can look at? Was gonna float one day and then spend time at the Piney Brewery so would like to be in close proximity. Thanks in advance!
moguy1973 Posted April 12, 2021 Posted April 12, 2021 I'm still seeing their Facebook site: (2) Boiling Spring Campground, LLC | Facebook Another place you could look if that one doesn't work out is Rt66 Canoe: Route 66 Canoe Rental (rt66canoe.com) Bdavis32 1 -- JimIf people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles. -- Doug Larson
Members Bdavis32 Posted April 12, 2021 Author Members Posted April 12, 2021 Thank you! And there is another outfitter by almost the same name Boiling Springs Resort. This is the one I was hoping to book but they may be out of business it appears. I'll give both those a look. I appreciate the help!
Gavin Posted April 12, 2021 Posted April 12, 2021 The Boiling Spring in the link is on the Gasconade just downstream of the confluence with the B. Piney, and they are good people. I'm not sure if Boiling Spring Resort on the B. Piney is still in business. You might try Route 66, Wilderness Ridge, or Peck's (Formerly Rich's) Last Resort. Use to be another rental across from Booker Bend, but they closed several years ago.
