Timely topic considering there is a BPS bow fishing tourney May 1 and 2 that encompasses Table Rock, Truman, and Bull Shoals.

Common carp are good eating, bull need proper preparation, blending the fish and placing it on ice is step one...smaller under 8 pounds are best....smoked common carp rivals salmon....

No one is eating any fish that rides around in a barrel all night no ice...

I wonder how many whoopses happen?

I use to Bow Fish and eat them but I did it from the bank.

Don't see Carp in the store anymore but Buffalo is still better eating.

Aren't them 100 year old buffalo full of toxic stuff they picked up over all that time?

No more than Carp. But Buffalo are much better eating.

Actually Carp eat mostly plant matter where Buffalo eat meat.
