Trout are trout. I don’t need more practice on trout park dinks. I’ve had 50 something years of it😁

Where else in MO can you keep your dryfly game tuned up at? So that when the opportunity presents itself you aren't flogging around like a total newb for the first hour or so of prime activity? Trout park dinks take dry flys just like wild trout on REAL RIVERS do. I'm betting that your elite confidence just hasn't been tested lately. You're overdue to be humbled. 😊 My kid got her practice in for the Fall/Winter bite on more prestigious flows. 👍 Notice how she learned to stand just a rod and arm length away from the current seam? Yeah, she can thank the old man for THAT one. 😁 And I need a periodic tune up myself from time to time.
snagged in outlet 3 Posted October 4, 2021 Posted October 4, 2021 She looks great! I get all the practice I “need” at Taney when I’m at the condo. Which is quite a lot since I work “remotely”😁 fishinwrench 1
snagged in outlet 3 Posted October 4, 2021 Posted October 4, 2021 I’m eyeballing that low water on the white. October is dry fly city down there. fishinwrench 1
