Caught a limit of pathetic crappie. Are there any size in this lake, i dont fish there often.  The 10"ers. compared to the 10"ers at Bull are laughable. Crappie are thick on timber in 20-35. Caught them on minnows, jigs of all colors. Didnt seem to matter as long as you put it in front of a school that wanted to eat

I used to crappie fish there with a friend.  We fished bluff lay downs.  We caught a lot of good ones around Nemo and Decker.  Once in a while we fished in the area of the docks above P12.  MOPanfisher might have better info that’s hid job site.

Pomme is not generally know as a big fish lake.  However the last couple years it has been very good.  Not sure what you are referencing as to the Bull Shoals comparison on 10 inchers, width, thickness etc.  sometimes the better fish seem to group up on one pile or even one side of the pile.  I have caught 10 inchers that I swear you could almost see through, moved to a different spot and different story.  Sometimes a lot of difference between a 10 inch white crappie and a 10 inch black crappie.  The blacks get wide for their length and are a lot thicker as a rule.
